We are an out-of-network provider which allows us to provide treatment that will best meet your specific needs, rather than adhering to what your insurance company believes is suitable for you. The majority of our clients are reimbursed for 60 to 80% of session fees after meeting their out-of-network deductible. We provide monthly superbills so you can submit for reimbursement.
Your Free Consultation will be with a licensed therapist

Trauma therapy can help you feel better. Reach out to us today.
Trauma presents itself in many forms, and often feels like a persistent shadow over our day-to-day lives.
Trauma is often referenced yet highly misunderstood and oversimplified. It impacts every individual differently and symptoms are a result of the body turning on “self-protection” mode. Through empathetic support and evidence-based interventions, our expert therapists will help you confront deep-rooted pain while developing healthier coping strategies and building emotional resilience.
In your therapy sessions, you’ll explore the factors contributing to your trauma and learn coping skills and strategies to combat related symptoms. This will include psychoeducation and clinical recommendations to practice both inside and outside of treatment.
Reach out to us today and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt lost or overshadowed by your mental health.
